2. Quote requests and contract management
We process your name, email, telephone, city and description of the need to respond to your request. Required fields are indicated. The legal basis is the execution of pre-contractual measures at your initiative, or the execution of the contract for its follow-up. Do not include sensitive data in the message.
The recipients are the authorized persons of Clima Protech and OVH for hosting and Google Workspace for messaging. Your contact details are not sold. No registration to a commercial list is triggered by the form.
Requests without follow-up are kept for the time necessary for processing, a maximum of three years after the last contact. Contractual and accounting documents obey their own legal durations.
3. Security and technical logs
The API uses a temporary token to protect forms and an identifier derived from the IP address to limit abusive submissions. Anti-abuse counters expire after one hour. The host's access logs may contain the IP address; their conservation depends on the configuration of the accommodation.
4. Cookies and audience measurement
By default, no audience measurement is triggered. After acceptance, our internal tool counts the pages consulted and the requests transmitted. It does not collect name, email, form content, URL parameters, or advertising identifiers. It does not create a cross-site profile.
Your choice (accepted or refused) is saved in your browser for a maximum of six months. You can modify it or withdraw your consent via “Cookies” at the bottom of each page. Technical session cookies protect forms and expire at the end of the session; they are not useful for the audience.
Statistics are aggregated by day, page and event type, then automatically deleted after thirteen months when statistics are accessed or collected. No third-party analytics services are loaded.
OpenStreetMap interactive map
The map loads at your request, when you activate its display or select a city. Your browser then transmits your IP address to the OpenStreetMap service. This activation is independent of site statistics. OpenStreetMap Privacy Policy.
5. Your rights
Depending on the processing, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition and portability. Consent to the hearing may be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of the previous processing. Send your request to the contact above; A response is provided in principle within one month, with the extensions provided for by the GDPR if necessary.
You can enter the CNIL. The hearing is processed on our hosting. For messaging, Google Workspace may involve infrastructures or subcontractors outside the European Economic Area.
