The descriptions and prices are indicative and do not constitute a personalized contractual offer. The feasibility, scope, price including tax and deadline are specified in a written proposal. Sending a form does not constitute an order, signature or payment.
Use of the site
You agree to provide accurate information and not to hijack forms, attempt to disrupt the service or send illicit content. No confidential documents are requested in the form.
Content and illustrations
The texts, graphic and visual elements are protected according to applicable rights. The atmospheres generated by AI are identified as illustrations; they do not prove the completion of a project. The brands mentioned remain the property of their owners.

Consumer mediation
After a written complaint to Clima Protech remains unresolved, consumers may refer the dispute free of charge to the Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice (CM2C), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France. Requests must meet the statutory admissibility requirements, including submission within one year of the written complaint.
